The Parents' Association is a conservative advocacy and lobbying group based in the North American Union. Its objective is to uphold traditional values in law and public policy, and to defend traditional family life. It is independent of religious, denominational and political parties.

The president of the Parents' Association is Chastity Oberall, who also acts as the group's spokesperson on issues including the dangers of real sexual encounters among teenagers (on 18 March 2144) and Digman bands (on 4 April 2144).

The Parents' Association supported the introduction of the Lock-Out Lens, announced by the Communications Technology Commission on 11 April 2144, as a way to prevent children from simulated sex, virtual religious cults and Digman bands by making it impossible for them to enter the VR Net until they are old enough to have it removed. This technology was vigorously condemned by Hollywood Island Studios, who described it as "censorship".
